digital video/sound session

digital sound. digital video... this basically refers to what you see on sites like youtube.com. however, they make it seem easy but it is a huge pain in the ass. there are some things that can make it a little easier. first is to know what you are shooting. is you don't know what you are doing then it ends up as crap. second is the sound. sound really plays a huge role in making a movie or video. if you have sound that is off sync or just doesn't match, then it doesn't matter if your movie is Hollywood quality because it will suck with bad sound. and if you cant make a good film with some techniques, just try some programs like final cut pro.

the alice session

the thing about Alice is that it is a name for a program that lets you create a world with pre-rendered little models. Basically it is a pre-made model kit that has you make little animations. I made a bunny playing guitar with a chicken on the drums and a kitty playing bass while a astronaut and two robots while the song Ziggy Stardust was playing. this program feels like you can do some creative stuff but there is not enough stuff to use in my opinion.

computer security session

how can a random person proect them selves on the internet? first thing you need is common sense. if you done know what to do while on the internet, then you set your self for faliure. now that the simple rule is set up, the technical stuff comes in. one way to stay safe on the net is to get a firewall. firewalls block out any unwanted programs that can hurt you computer. if you want to let certain "programs" in your computer, then jut go to the controls on your firewall and adjust it. the second thing you can do is to stop going to those "sites" that have a lot of traffic and people. the third thing that you can do is use pasword protection systems, in case some stranger wants to pretnd to be you for pointless crap. and when that fails then you may have to get help for it.

the smarthome technology session

what can someone do with some technology at their homes besides the obvious answers? well there are many things that you can do, some that may make you seem lazy, others that can make you seem paranoid( not literally). in other words, this makes things a lot easier to manage a home. there are some things that make up the subject of technology in the home.
first you have networking, which is what is needed to make all of the connections and protocols needed to make it work.then comes audio and video. this pretty much has to do with things like home theater systems. telecommunications is were you have to deal with telephone systems and Internet connections. security is what deal with you protection. it can range from motion sensors, security cameras, locks, and sometimes firewalls. finally there is home control. home control makes sure you don't waste too much on an electric bill and everything is working efficiently.
with all of the things that work with this you still have to be careful, because some stuff that claims to do things are just crap.

the hardware/network session

what is hardware? What is network? well these things refer to the things I learnded about in camp. first off, the term hardware talks about the parts of a computer. these include the keyboard and mouse, hard drive, the cd drive. the network stuff is more for connections to other computers and devices. what gives me a huge pain in the ass is that there are a buttload of different parts that I have to work with. Still, it seems that if you know how to make a computer then you can have one of the most powerful pieces of computer equipment in the world(provided you know what to do). I want to build my own computer so I can start making a name for my self. the flash session.

What is the main application of flash. the main thing people use flash is to make animation. what is cool about this is that you can make you own cartoons. from fan series to original work, flash can be used to make anything with the right skill. I still don't get how to add and modify any animations while using this program. It would be cool if I knew what I can do about putting some original work on the program, So I just go here. how can flash be used to help people? People go and hire some sap(s) to go and syncronize their creations with the sounds that go with the show. this can end up looking simple or really cool. and if you want to see some flash at work then go to youtube.

the dream weaver session

what can I say about dream weaver? It make websites and it can go and make you stand out on the Internet. so what can I so? I say that I that I like that it can be used to make websites, from the crappy stuff to the cool stuff. I still don't know exactly how to put up any thing new if I plan to update a page. So if I plan to update my site I just go Here. I still to learn about how to modify things like backgrounds, sounds, and flash on a web page.
so if some one wanted a site to advertise a movie or a charity, they would hire a guy to make them to their wishes. this sometimes gets very hard if the person is very picky.
